Honey Soy Glazed Salmon with GoAvo Wasabi Sauce

We've got a fishy feeling you're going to love this dish!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 inch peeled fresh ginger, minced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 1 1/2 pound

  • 1/2 cup Original GoAvo

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste (If you like things with an extra kick, add a little more!)

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees . Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice. Place salmon, skin-side down, in a deep dish and spoon half the sauce over top. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 mins.

  3. Remove filets from marinade and Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Spoon some of the remaining sauce over salmon; bake for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile in small bowl, whisk the wasabi paste into the lime juice until it fully dissolves. Add the GoAvo and blend.

  5. Serve filets on top of the GoAvo wasabi sauce as a base or drizzled on top! Either way this dish is sure to be a hit.
